Office Administrator (Maternity leave)

Office Administrator needed to cover Maternity Leave starting beginning of May 2018.
• Job will require computer knowledge with excel, Sage50/simply accounting and Microsoft Outlook.
• Prior customer service experience is an asset, both face-to-face & phone.
• Successful candidate will be responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering & P.O. management.
• Will be required to greet walk-in customers and phone/online sales.
• Water softener, water filtration and pump knowledge is an asset.
• Must have excellent organization and communication skills
• Must be reliable, detail oriented and show initiative.
• Typical daily hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Must have reliable transportation & possess a G drivers license
• Must work well alone & in a high pace environment
• Responsible for additional clerical & office duties as needed
• Must be comfortable hanging cash, debit and credit sales transactions.
• Pay rate based on experience.
Successful applicant must provide the following;
• Valid G drivers license
• Clean drivers abstract
• Criminal record check
